I've used Google Reader even before I knew what an RSS was, but I have never used bloglines before this activity. I can definitely see the convenience of both although I don't pretend to understand the technology behind them! I think that bloglines is more user friendly and I will continue to use it in the future.
It took me a little while how to figure out how to make my account public (username ????? What username??????), but here is the URL:
